Cannabis plants found in Bexhill garage

Two people have been arrested after cannabis plants were discovered growing in a garage.

Police raided the property in Glebe Close just after 1pm on Friday, January 29.

Nine plants were found.

A 35-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of producing a Class B controlled drug.

Both have been released on police bail until March 4 while enquiries continue.
