Car driver killed in collision with HGV near Rye
The driver of a car died last night at the scene of a crash on the A259 at East Guldeford, after a collision with a lorry.
The crash occurred shortly after 11pm last night.
The driver was travelling eastbound - away from Rye - and collided with a foreign registered HGV travelling in the opposite direction.
The victim had been driving a dark blue Volkswagen Passat.
