Hastings Old Town Carnival Court made a big impression at Dover Carnival on Sunday.

Carnival spokesman Ion Castro said “The Court has been reconstituted after Talitha Ford stepped down for personal reasons. Carnival Queen Hannah Burgess and Princess Frankie Stewart have welcomed new Princess Harmony Crane to her first appearance with the Court and they all looking forward to Hastings Old Town Carnival on August 6.
