The carnival rolls into Bognor Regis on Saturday and a host of activities are in store for all the family.

The Bognor Regis Carnival will kick off with a colourful and noisy parade, beginning at the Esplanade at 1.15pm, winding its way along the seafront and ending up at the West End Park showground .

It will be led by the Melton Mowbray Toy Soldiers Band, and also include the Wonder Girls, Meridian Corps of Drums, the Regis Troopers and TS Sturdy Band.

West Park will be open from 10am with stalls, food and drink, arena events, a popular dog show, children’s entertainment and crafts.

Carnival chairman Erik Jack said: “Our theme this year is toys and games, guaranteed to bring out the child in all of us!”
