Celebration of gingerbread at Arundel Museum

THERE was some hot stuff at Arundel Museum during a celebration of gingerbread organised by the museum, as part of the Arundel Food Festival.

Many visitors were eager to taste and find out more about the goodies on show.

These included ginger cordial, warming ginger tea, which was described as ‘perfect on a rainy, blustery day’, crystallised ginger and ginger biscuits, as well as three varieties of gingerbread, two of them baked from WI recipes and both very different in texture.

The event was held on Saturday, October 26.
