CHRISTOPH WALTZ is funnier than people may expect, Horrible Bosses star CHARLIE DAY has revealed.

The Oscar-winning Austrian actor, best known for his roles in QUENTIN TARANTINO’S Django Unchained and Inglourious Basterds, joins the cast of the comedy sequel as villainous investor Burt Hanson, alongside his son Rex, played by CHRIS PINE.

“He’s a jokester. He’s got a dry sense of humour and he’s constantly... I guess they’re jokes,” Charlie said.

His co-star JASON BATEMAN added: “They’re punchline-free jokes. They’re a series of set-ups”, before Charlie continued: “They could just be threats. But he’s a funny guy.”
