Charity fundraisers relax

Relaxation session ran by Leah Bracknell, in aid of Worthing Churches Homeless Projects

A THREE-HOUR long relaxation and mindfulness session raised £460 for Worthing Churches Homeless Projects.

The Big Relax, run by Leah Bracknell of Leah Bracknell Yoga, took place at Highdown Vineyard, in Littlehampton Road.

Armed with yoga mats, towels, and cushions 25 people took part in the session including town crier Bob Smytherman.

Rachel Blair, community fundraiser for the charity, said: “It was wonderful to see so many people turning up to make time for themselves and their own mental wellbeing.

“We live in such a fast paced life that making time for ourselves can seem almost impossible.”
