Chi-Fest will see the college campus come to life on Saturday from midday, with nine hours of live music across three stages, as well as an acoustic tent.

More than 50 live bands are set to perform, showcasing the talents of students past and present, as well as local groups, musicians and performers.

The festival promises to be a fantastic family day out, with lots to keep the children entertained, including dance workshops and sing-a-longs.

There will also be performances by Theatre Inc., the college’s award-winning theatre company.

Principal Shelagh Legrave said: “Chi-Fest is great way to showcase what we do and the talent we have in our wider community.

“With more than 50 live acts, there will be a real mix of music – from rock to folk and everything in between, so there will be something to suit everyone’s musical tastes.”

Visitors will be able to take part in sports activities and refuel with a range of refreshments on offer.
