Horsham based events company, Little Duckling Events, is bringing local talented designers and makers together for the town's first Christmas baby and children's craft fair this November.

Little Duckling Events were launched earlier this year by two local businesses and sisters-in-law, Gemma from Lovely Deer and Kirsty from Make, do & Trend.

Gemma explains the idea behind holding a Christmas Fair: “I noticed there was a lack of baby and toddler craft events in the Horsham area, yet I had come across so many local crafters with no platform for them to showcase their lovely products to the public.

“Little Duckling Events was created in hopes to inspire people looking for unique items to purchase for their little loved ones, and what better time than at Christmas! We are fundraising for the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity as we feel the holidays are the perfect time for sharing and giving. We have great raffle prizes donated from our wonderful stallholders, hopefully it will be a very merry donation to Rainbow Trust.”

The fair will be held in Horsham town centre at The Normandy Centre, Denne Road on Sunday 27th November from 10:30am – 3:30pm playing host to a range of local makers.

Expect to find handmade accessories, bespoke prints, children’s clothing, blankets, toys, homewares and much more at the event supporting local businesses.

Entrance is just £0.50 per adult or pre-register on the Little Duckling Events website (www.littleducklingevents.co.uk) for FREE entry for all the family.

The fair will also feature a kids craft corner by Ceramics Shack, a Christmas Pop Up Studio, mini photo sessions, a raffle to raise money for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, face painting and delicious refreshments available to purchase on the day.

Little Duckling Events hopes to inspire parents looking for unique items for the little ones at their fairs, as well as offering a variety of handmade gifts and of course, tea and cake!
