Clothes and furniture on fire near Pulborough
Firefighters from Storrington and Billingshurst tackled a blaze at Sutton Common yesterday (Monday September 2).
They were called to an area of woodland at the common, near Pulborough, at around 4.30pm.
The fire involved containers of clothes and furniture which were alight in an area of woodland.
Two jets and a horse reel were used and breathing apparatus was needed.
The emergency service left the scene at around 6.45pm.
