Concern for girl missing from Chichester

Lucinda Kelly, also known as Lucinda Budd, was last seen leaving her home in Elizabeth Road at about 5.15pm on Friday (February 6).

The 14-year-old has not returned home as expected.

She was last seen wearing black jeans, a black crop top and a green Parka style coat with a fur collar.

PC Heather Mackay said: “We are concerned for Lucinda as she was due to return home for her dinner.

“She is described as 5’ 7” with shoulder length brown hair.”
