Concern for missing Bexhill woman

Police are concerned about the welfare of a missing woman from Bexhill.

Linda Chappelle was last seen leaving an address in De La Warr Road to go shopping in the town centre at around 2.30pm yesterday (Tuesday, June 28).

The 28-year-old is described as black, 5’7” with short dark brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a pink top, black leggings and a blue and black zig-zag coat.

She was also wearing a large, black afro wig.

It is thought Linda could be in the local area but she also has links to Hounslow in London.

Missing persons co-ordinator Wai Lee said: “We are concerned about Linda and would appeal for anyone with information to get in touch so we can make sure she is ok.

“We believe she has links to both Bexhill and Hounslow in London.”
