Parking staff confronted over damage to chef’s car. A car, which turned out to belong to Michelin star chef Matt Gillan, is alleged to have been damaged by a parking services van. A video posted to Facebook this week recorded a passer-by confronting two council staff in Devonshire Road, Horsham. Eventually, the parking services staff leave a note on the car’s windscreen.
