Couple who met at university are married

Sally, a speech therapist at St James’ Hospital, Leeds, is the daughter of David and Sheila Pople, of Balcombe Avenue, Worthing.
She met the bridegroom, son of Geraldine and Mike Pratten, of Leeds, while studying at Bristol University and they now live near Leeds.

Hide AdThe couple were married on the beach at Cardoness Chapel in a ceremony conducted by Church of Scotland minister the Rev Valerie Ott. The chapel is part of the Cardoness Estate, where the reception was held.
The bride was given away by her father and had seven bridesmaids, including her three sisters, Lucy, Kate and Jenny. Emma, her friend from Worthing High School, was chief bridesmaid.
Sally’s brother, Tom, gave a reading and best man was friend Sam Harlock
The couple spent their honeymoon in Loch Lomond.
