Angmering sex assault claim ruled out
POLICE investigating a report that a young woman had been sexually assaulted in Angmering have come to the conclusion that no offence was committed.
Officers were called to Greenwood Drive at 9pm on Thursday, August 16, after a report from the ambulance service that a 19-year-old local woman had been found in a distressed condition in the street.
A police spokeswoman said today (Thursday, August 23): “Officers have been working with the girl and witnesses and it has been established that no offences occurred.”
