Daryl Stannard, 21, of Albion Way, Horsham, was fined £50, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing a Class B drug (cannabis, and ketamine).

Rebecca George, 25, of Bath Road, Warminster, was banned from driving for 17 months, with a £230 fine, a £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

Paula Gilbert, 57, of North Parade, Horsham, was banned from driving for two years, with a £1,315 fine, a £120 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Horsham.

Shaun Hayden, 18, of Wold Close, Gossops Green, was given an 18 month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Horsham, and breaching a conditional discharge for causing criminal damage.

Sandra Riddles, 51, of Ringley Road, Horsham, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Bruce Hughes, 49, of Blenheim Road, Horsham, was fined £160, with £34 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to shoplifting from a Co-op in Horsham, and to breaching a conditional discharge for shoplifting.

Lewis Freeman, 19, of Albion Way, Horsham, was given a community order with £100 compensation, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault.

Ryan Waller, 39, of Eversfield, Southwater, was banned from driving for a year, fined £295, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance, breaching a conditional discharge for theft, causing criminal damage to a police cell, and failing to answer bail.

Jordan Suter, 21, of Palmer Close, Storrington, was banned from driving for six months, with a £110 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, and £500 costs. He had been found guilty of driving without due care and attention on the A283 at Shoreham.

Jamie Bolton, 33, of Guildford Road, Woking, was fined £75, with a £20 victim surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to stealing an aftershave set from Tesco in Horsham.

Richard Solomon, 26, of Old Guildford Road, Broadbridge Heath, was given a six month conditional discharge, with a £15 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of causing criminal damage to a door.

Matthew Bell, 21, of Hyde Street, Upper Beeding, was fined £70, with £23.34 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to using an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Neil Hunter, 41, of Goring Road, Steyning, was fined £110, with £117 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge, and £400 costs. He had pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a police vehicle, and to breaching a conditional discharge.

Callum Fife, 22, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was fined £50, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to theft from a Marks and Spencer in Crawley.

Zella Doughton, 35, of Eversfield Road, Horsham, was fined £37, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. She had pleaded guilty to three counts of theft - from Beales, Boots, and Sainsbury’s in Horsham, and to failing to answer bail.

Ryan Higson, 27, of Letchworth Court, Bewbush, was jailed for three months, with an £80 victim surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to nine counts of shoplifting (from Horsham, Crawley, and Gatwick Airport) and to failing to answer bail.

Leslie Chapple, 47, of Horseshoe Drive, Uxbridge, was jailed for four and a half months, with an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Barns Green, and driving without insurance.

Godfrey Maclauchlan, 78, of Crown Road, Billericay, was banned from driving for a year, with a £250 fine, a £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Cowfold.

Bela Orosz, 62, of Capel Road, Rusper, was banned from driving for a year and three months, with a £150 fine, a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A23 at Hickstead.

David Conway, 35, of St Cuthmans Road, Steyning, was fined £1,000, with £85 costs, a £70 victim surcharge, and eight points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without a licence, and driving without insurance.

Mark Green, 37, of Springfield Road, Brighton, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding in Storrington.

William Hamilton, 44, of Duck Lane, Midhurst, was fined £1,000, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of driving without insurance, driving without an MoT certificate, and driving without a licence, all in Northchapel.

Colin Stenning, 35, of Sullington Copse, Storrington, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding in Storrington.

Nicholas Ford, 56, of Roman Way, Billingshurst, was ordered to pay £370 compensation, with a £37 victim surcharge, and £100 costs. He had pleaded guilty to stealing a shoulder bag containing two mobile phones.

John Mason, 61, of Ack Lane West, Cheadle Hulme, was fined £165, with a £20 victim surcharge, £625 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of speeding in Fittleworth.
