The following are results from Crawley and Horsham magistrates’ courts.

Paul Baker, 48, of Southwater Street, Southwater, was fined £680, with a £68 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and ten penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath alcohol specimen.

Christopher Phillimore, 46, of Chard Junction, Chard, was fined £80, with a £20 victim surcharge, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Mustafa Yildirim, 37, of Winton Close, London, was banned from driving for six months, with a £600 fine, a £60 victim surcharge, and £300 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding on the A23 at Bolney, and failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Callum Fife, 23, of Longfield Road, Horsham, was given a community order with £79.98 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of common assault, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, two counts of theft from shops, resisting a police constable, and failing to answer bail.

Michael Cheney, 44, of Selborne Road, Littlehampton, was fined £293, with a £29 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Coldwaltham.

Giles Dalby, 30, of Brunswick Road, Hove, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding at Ashington.

Heidi Parker, 40, of Hyde Lane, Upper Beeding, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted in her absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Craig Ross, 30, of Mainstone Close, Deepcut, Camberley, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been convicted in his absence of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Bolney.

Gordon Flowers, 55, of Berriedale Drive, Sompting, was fined £160, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding on the A24 at Dial Post.

Adam Pierre, 47, of Newham Lane, Steyning, was fined £334, with a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone while driving, and to speeding at Coldwaltham.

Gabriel Simionescu, 35, of Whiting Avenue, Barking, was fined £600, with a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without insurance at Albourne.

Dale Connelly, 25, of Chequers Lane, Tadworth, was banned from driving for six months, with a £500 fine, a £25 victim surcharge, and £625 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of speeding and driving without due care and attention at Albourne.

Kieron Harrington, 23, of no fixed address, was fined £200, with a £20 victim surcharge, and a £150 criminal courts charge. He had pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police constable, two counts of common assault, two counts of resisting a police constable, and breaching a restraining order, all in Horsham.

Senator Cox, 44, of Beckenham Hill Road, Beckenham, was fined £900, with a £90 victim surcharge, £300 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding at Dial Post.

Johnathon Rice, 48, of no fixed address, was given a nine week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with an £80 victim surcharge, and £80 costs. He had pleaded guilty to common assault in Horsham.

Russell Denman, 25, of Bracken Grove, Horsham, was fined £85, with a £20 victim surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to speeding at Storrington.
