Terrence Bryan, 32, of Shalbourne Crescent, Bracklesham Bay, was fined £540 and must pay £54 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 4, 2020. He was also found guilty under the single justice procedure of two further charges of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on August 4, 2020, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Andre Wild, 53, of Kathleen Gardens, Chichester, was given a community order with alcohol treatment requirement, mental health treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, after admitting harassment by sending numerous unwanted letters between December 8, 2020, and March 4, 2021. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation.

Rodney Hoyle, 38, of HMP Lewes, was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay £128 victim surcharge after being found guilty of stealing two bottles of perfume worth £131 from Boots, Chichester, on May 15, 2021. He was jailed for eight weeks to run concurrently after admitting causing £120 damage to a window at The Mainline Rooms, Whyke Road, Chichester, on May 13, 2021. He was jailed for eight weeks to run concurrently after admitting causing £30 damage to a Sussex Police mobile phone at Worthing Custody Centre on May 21, 2021. He also admitted possessing two tablets of diazapam, a class C drug, at Worthing Custody Centre on May 21, 2021, no separate penalty.

Joanna Edwards, 39, of Bognor Road, Merston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Chichester on June 18, 2021. She must pay £50 compensation, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk in a public place, Southgate, Chichester, on June 18, 2021, no separate penalty.

Lauren McDonald, 29, of Herington Road, Arundel, was fined £120 and must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting drug-driving (7.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Jarvis Road, Arundel, on December 20, 2020. She also admitted two further charges of drug-driving (120ug/l cocaine and more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Jarvis Road, Arundel, on December 20, 2020, no separate penalty. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Steve Fuller, 65, of Mulberry Hollow, Angmering, was fined £200 and must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting drink-driving (91mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Arundel on June 14, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Dave Bull, 30, of Connolly Yard, Jury Lane, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (44mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Fairmile Bottom, Arundel, on January 19, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He also admitted drug-driving (8ug/l Delta-9-THC) and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Arundel on January 19, 2021, no separate penalties.
