Peter Clarke, 57, of Tamarisk Walk, East Wittering, was fined £146 and must pay £90 costs after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on June 19, 2020. He was fined £146 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on June 20, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points for each offence and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Hristo Angelov, 42, of Coopers Barn, Selsey Road, Donnington, was fined £300 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving without insurance in Hawthorn Road, Bognor Regis, on September 17, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Konstantin Tulgovets, 29, of Gloucester Road, Littlehampton, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of having an offensive weapon, a baton, in Taylors Close, Yapton, on January 22, 2020. He was given an eight-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and disqualified from driving for 12 months after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Yapton on January 22, 2020. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance in Taylors Close, Yapton, on January 22, 2020, no separate penalties. He must pay £122 victim surcharge.

Chumpol Vongnantananon, 22, c/o Elizabeth Court, Elizabeth Road, Chichester, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend telephone appointments on January 20 and February 17, 2021. The order was varied to include an additional ten hours’ unpaid work.

Paul Helyer, 49, of Church Lane, Eastergate, was fined £240 and must pay £90 costs after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A29 Bognor on July 8, 2020. He was fined £240 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on March 7, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with a total of six points.

Leo Forster, 40, of Churchwood Drive, Tangmere, was fined £77 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Dodsley Road, Easebourne, on July 22, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points.

Christopher Jones, 29, of Linden Road, Bognor Regis, must pay £60 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend initial appointments on January 13 and 27, 2021. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a community order with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and he must carry out 55 hours’ unpaid work, for stealing power tools worth £123 from Lidl, Bognor Regis, on February 22, 2020; stealing chocolates worth £32.92 from WHSmith, Bognor Regis, on December 3, 2019; and stealing alcohol worth £108 from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on January 31, 2020.

Stuart Whyman, 40, of Green Lane, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £200 costs, after being found guilty of having an offensive weapon, a Samurai sword, at Horsham Railway Station on December 14, 2019. He was fined £20 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on January 6, 2020. He was fined £20 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on March 11, 2020. He was fined £20 after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on March 17, 2021.

Kevin Brown, 38, of Annandale Avenue, Bognor Regis, was jailed for 18 weeks after admitting driving while disqualified on the A27 Fontwell on November 23, 2019. He was jailed for 18 weeks to run concurrently after admitting making a false statement, taking out an insurance policy after a collision and then making a claim on that policy. He was jailed for 18 weeks to run concurrently after admitting using a licence with intent to deceive in Littlehampton between October 28, 2019, and November 5, 2019. He must pay £128 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for three years. He also admitted driving without insurance, and driving without due care and attention, no separate penalties.

James Brooks, 37, of West Walberton Lane, Walberton, was fined £1,346 and must pay £135 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting having articles for use in connection with theft, namely metal detectors and shovels, in Stopham on August 17, 2020.

Toby McKean, 23, of Gainsborough Drive, Selsey, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required in Chichester on October 28, 2020; and two charges of assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Chichester on October 28, 2020. He must pay a total of £200 compensation, £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Crystal Brazil, 34, of Eastergate Lane, Walberton, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting harassment, leaving two abusive voicemails including threats to burn her house down on October 28, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
