Joe Churcher, 36, of Maybridge Square, Worthing: Fined £200 and must pay £85 costs, £80 victim surcharge, for possessing an offensive weapon, a cane sword and a gravity knife, in a private place in Worthing on August 26, 2025.
Jordan Kennett, 45, of Hedge End, Barnham: Fined £40 after admitting being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Chichester Railway Station on October 11, 2025.
Richard Harrington, 41, of Adelaide Square, Shoreham: Fined £120 after admitting drink-driving (79mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Brighton Road, Lancing, on October 9, 2025. Must pay £85 costs, £48 victim surcharge, and disqualified from driving for 20 months. Also admitted driving without insurance.
Max Simmons, 19, of Amber Close, Shoreham: Community order and must carry out 140 hours' unpaid work after admitting possessing a folding pocket knife in a public place in Basin Road South, Southwick, on July 23, 2025. Must pay £85 costs, £114 victim surcharge.
Justin McDermott, 44, of Bristol Court, Rochdale Way, Angmering: Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £50 after admitting drug-driving (2.6ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Globe Place, Littlehampton, on May 19, 2025. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.
