February 11:

Lincoln Simmonds, 48, of Galahad Road, Ifield Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Volkswagen Passat, on London Road, Langley Green, Crawley, on, December 2, while more than three times over the drink drive limit. He gave a breath alcohol reading of 138 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He also pleaded guilty to failing to stop following an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle, at Crawley, on the same date. Magistrates made a community order with a requirement of 200 hours of unpaid work and banned him from driving for 32 months.

Rosen Skengerov, 26, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota Yaris on Woodfield Road, Crawley, on February 10, while disqualified from driving. He also pleaded guilty to driving at Crawley, on the same date, with no insurance. He indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of an identity card and driving licence that were false. He was sentenced to six weeks in prison, suspended for one year and banned from driving for one year.

February 12:

Matthew Trudal, 41, of Lodgelands, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to driving a Daihatsu vehicle on Temple Grove Road, Burgess Hill, on June 12, last year, with cocaine in his blood stream. He also pleaded guilty to driving at Burgess Hill, on the same date, with the controlled drug Benzoylecgonine in his blood stream. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for one year.

Ross Mollison, 41, of Connaught Gardens, Crawley, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of an offensive weapon - a Samurai sword, in a public place, at Horsham Road, Crawley, on October 7, last year, and intentionally threatened another person, with that article in such a way that there was an immediate risk of serious physical harm to that person. He also pleaded guilty to assault by beating, at Crawley, on the same date. He was committed to Lewes Crown Court for sentencing on March 12 and released on unconditional bail.

February 15:

James Benson, 20, of Old Wickham Lane, Haywards Heath, pleaded guilty to driving a Honda vehicle on Balcombe Road, Haywards Heath, on June 13 last year with the drug Ketamine in his blood steam. He also pleaded guilty to driving with cannabis in his blood stream, at Haywards Heath, on the same date. He was fined £138 and banned from driving for three years.

Michael Da Silva, 33, of Grayrigg Road, Maidenbower, Crawley, pleaded guilty to driving a Renault vehicle on the A23, at Bolney, on July 2, last year, with cannabis in his blood stream. He was fined £300 and banned from driving for one year.

Robin Raison, 31, of Linnell Close, Crawley, pleaded guilty to attempting to damage a police vehicle. The offence took place at Woodfield Road, Northgate, Crawley, on January 30. He was fined £80.

Josh Riley, 22, of Gorling Close, Ifield, Crawley, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of cannabis at Gatwick Airport on January 28. He was fined £80.

Daniel Beaumaster, 31, of High Street, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, pleaded guilty to driving a Peugeot on Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Burgess Hill, on January 30, while over the drink drive limit, He gave a breath alcohol reading of 57 microgrammes. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and to driving with no insurance on the same date. He was sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for one year,. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for three years.

February 16:

Benjamin Collier, 40, of Burchetts Close, Haywards Heath, was found guilty of being the driver of a Ford Transit vehicle, on Cripland Close, Haywards Heath, where damage was caused to another vehicle.

He was also found guilty of failing to stop following an accident and of driving without due care and attention at Hawyards Heath on the same date. He was fined £180 an banned from driving for six months. He was ordered to pay £110 in prosecution costs.

Adam Roberts, 34, of Dingle Close, Crawley, was found guilty of driving a Vauxhall vehicle on Ewhurst Road, Crawley, on February 5, last year, without due care and attention. He was also found guilty of driving with no licence or insurance at Crawley on the same date. He was found guilty of failing to stop and failing report an accident, where injury was caused to another person, at Crawley on the same date. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £110 in prosecution costs. He was banned from driving for six months.

Craig Taylor, 43, of Sewill Close, Charlwood, Horley, was found guilty of failing to give information to police relating to the identity of the driver of a Honda vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Sussex on January 30 2020. 
He was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs. He was banned from driving for six months.

February 17:

Robert Pinkney, 22, of Thetford Walk, Crawley, indicated a plea of guilty to being in possession of a quantity of cocaine at Balcombe Road, Crawley, on November 29, last year. The court made a community order with a requirement of 80 hours of unpaid work.

Tasmin Woodroffe, 22, of Post View, Storrington, Pulborough, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford vehicle on Henfield Road, Upper Beeding, on August 8, last year, while over the drink drive limit. She gave a breath alcohol reading of 42 microgrammes. 
The legal limit is 35 microggrammes. She was fined £244 and banned from driving for one year.
