Six arrested after stop-and-search in Littlehampton

Two of the men were stopped in Parkside, Littlehampton, in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Following this, officers made a search of a house in South Terrace, Littlehampton, and arrested the other four men on suspicion of burglary.

Scott Keet, 30, unemployed, of South Terrace, Littlehampton, was charged with two counts of burglary other than dwelling and going equipped.

He was remanded to appear at Worthing Magistrates until Monday (October 8) where he was remanded in custody until November 1.

A 28-year-old man from Littlehampton was arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling and bailed until November 5.

A 27-year-old man, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of burglary non-dwelling and bailed until November 5.

A 27-year-old man, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A drug and bailed until November 5.

One man aged 18, no address given, and a 20-year-old man from Southampton, were arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling and bailed until November 5.
