Two charged with courier fraud offences in Sussex and Suffolk

Detectives investigating a series of courier fraud thefts across the south of England have charged two men with offences allegedly committed in Sussex and Suffolk.

A police statement says that both men, who were arrested in Godalming yesterday (Thursday April 2), have been remanded in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (April 4).

Detective Chief Inspector Tracy Edwards said: “It is important that people continue to be aware of this sort of crime and in particular, to warn their vulnerable friends and relatives who may be taken in.“
