Two men arrested following spate of bank card fraud in Bognor Regis

Two men have been arrested in connection with the theft and fraudulent usage of bank cards in Bognor Regis.

Officers are investigating after a purse was reported stolen and several bank cards from it were used in supermarkets and service stations in the Shripney area on 6 January.

An appeal was issued to obtain any further details in relation to the incident, and as a result of information received from the public, officers made the two arrests on Friday 28 January in Bognor town centre.

Two men - aged 37 and 41 - were arrested on suspicion of theft from a person. They have been released under investigation.
