Crossbush horse riding school closes
A STABLES near Arundel hung up its saddle on Sunday (December 21).
Jewels Stables, in Crossbush Lane, Crossbush, has announced it will be closing after it became ‘impossible to make ends meet’.
In a message on the riding school’s website, instructor Julia Richards, said: “Sadly, we are no longer able to make ends meet but I would like to thank all those that have supported the stables over the years, I couldn’t have done any of it without you.
“Once again I’m sorry, I tried my best.”
The centre’s horses will be re-homed, she said.
Julia said she was looking for another suitable premises to try to continue the school.
However, no date has been mentioned as to when this could be.
