The show kicks off next Thursday, at the Windmill Entertainment Centre, in Littlehampton, from 7.30pm.

It follows the tale of Mother Goose and her family who all become very wealthy thanks to a magic goose called Candy.

The bitter Mother Goose connives with a bad fairy to give up the magical Candy in exchange to turn her ugliness into beauty.

Shocked, Mother Goose’s son, Billy, backed by his sister, Jill, her fiancée Jack and Virtue, the fairy queen, sets off on a wacky journey to save Candy.

The production promises to be a lively and colourful affair with an eclectic range of music, from 1950s rock ‘n’ roll, to contemporary tunes from Disney musical, Frozen, and chart-topping Take That stars Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow.
