Daughter makes plea for help in finding her missing mum

Emma Cullingford, has urged anyone who might have any information about the whereabouts of her mother to contact the police.

Today (February 14) is the 12th day since Sandra Hall, 56, went missing from her home.

Extensive searches around the area of her last sighting in Barnham have failed to find her.

Ms Cullingford said: “We need all the help we can get at the moment.

“There is no reason for my mother to have gone to Barnham.

“If anyone has seen my mother in the Bognor Regis or Barnham areas, I would ask them to please contact the police so they can find my mother.

“Our lives are in limbo at the moment. It has been the worst time of our lives.

“We are just incredibly distressed. We want to know where she is.

“What’s happened is completely out of character for her.”

Mrs Hall first moved to the Bognor area for at least five years from Oxford.

She was a teacher and taught at schools such as the former Bognor Regis Community College, now The Regis School.

She then to Lancaster before she moved to Gunwin Court just over two years ago to live with her 85-year-old father.

Ms Cullingford said her mother suffered from depression but that had failed to stop her touching the lives of a lot of people in West Sussex, Lancaster and Cumbria.

She had gone missing before but for very short periods. “There has been nothing like this,” she said.

Ms Cullingford, 29, lives in London and is a fundraiser for a humanitarian charity,

She is in regular contact with her younger sister, aged 29, who lives in Manchester and who travelled to Bognor last weekend.
