Sara, who designed the garden with Paula Napper and Donna King, said: “This was our first ever summer show garden.”
The trio completed a national diploma in garden design at Plumpton College and decided afterwards to team up to design a garden for the flower show.
It was inspired by the vision of lavenders grown at a dairy farm on the rolling hills of the South Downs National Park, and their scent, colour and romance.
The garden showcased several varieties of the scented plant.
