Developer seeks comments on new 250 homes plan.

Residents have been invited to have their say on plans for a new development of 250 homes off Sefter Road, Bognor Regis.

Provision of land for a new primary school and a multi-purpose community facility is also included in the proposal by Taylor Wimpey.

Alex Anderson, strategic land manager for Taylor Wimpey, said: “We believe that this scheme will provide an attractive and sustainable development of high-quality homes to meet a range of requirements – including affordable properties – in accordance with the local authority’s aspirations for the site.”

Further information will be unveiled during a public exhibition at Aldwick Royal British Legion, 20 Hewart’s Lane, Bognor Regis, on Wednesday July 20 between 2pm and 7.30pm.

It will also offer a chance to discuss the plans with the Taylor Wimpey project team.

In a statement Taylor Wimpey said: “Comments received will help to shape the development proposals before a planning application is finalised for submission to Arun District Council in due course.”

The proposed development site is located to the north of Sefter Road and Osborne Way and the west of Lincoln Avenue.
