Door smashed and gold jewellery stolen in Horsham burglary

Part of a door was smashed and a quantity of gold jewellery was stolen in a burglary at a Horsham home.

Police said a property in Hillside was broken into between 1pm on Sunday (February 21) and 9am on Monday (February 22).

The intruder is believed to have gained accessed to the home by smashing the glass in a rear door and an untidy search was made of the property.

Officers said a key, a pillow case and a quantity of jewellery including gold earrings and gold chains were taken.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information or who may have seen anyone suspicious in the area to e-mail [email protected] or to call 101 quoting serial 361 of 22/02.
