Recent graduates from the University of Chichester set up the BeeCreative Company, which already runs classes in Mudeford, Southampton and Portchester.

These classes focus on giving confidence to children and young adults, both on stage and off stage, and involve many drama skills such as improvisation, scripts and devising.

They also include trust exercises, confidence building tools and breathing techniques.

Owners Stevie Williams and Carley Dawson set up the relaxed and engaging classes to be accessible to anyone who feels they would benefit from getting involved.

They want to draw awareness to mental health using drama and creativity.

BeeCreative has also designed Theatre in Education workshops for primary schools, bringing national curriculum topics to life through costumes, props and stories.

For secondary schools and colleges, BeeCreative provides separate performance workshops named Mind Matters, which specifically highlight dyslexia, OCD and eating disorders.
