Driver and dog freed from overturned car on the A264
A driver and a dog were freed from inside an overturned car by firefighters yesterday afternoon (Thursday October 10).
Fire crews were called to the scene on the A264 Faygate at 2.04pm.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (WSF&RS) released the two using hydraulic rescue equipment.
The driver was checked over by paramedics, said a WSF&RS spokesperson.
