A driver lost control of their car on the A27 in West Sussex yesterday (July 28) after trying to remove a spider from the vehicle.
According to a tweet from Sussex Roads Policing Officer Tom Van Der Wee, the black Audi crashed on the A27 westbound, just before the Crossbush lights in Arundel.
PC Van Der Wee's tweet said: "To all car driving arachnophobes, if you want to evict an unwanted spider from your car, please don't try and do it whilst driving along!"
