Driver hurt as car ends in ditch

Emergency services were called when a car left the road and went into a ditch in Bognor Regis.

The accident happened on Sunday just before 1.20pm in Chalcraft Lane.

The driver, a man in his 30s, was able to escape from the vehicle and was taken to hospital with head injuries, which were not thought to be serious.
