Lightrock Power says is keen to keep the community informed and advised throughout the project and welcomes early feedback on the proposed scheme.

The company will be holding an online exhibition with information boards available to read and download. The exhibition can be accessed via the information hub and will be open from November 23 - December 21.

Chris Sowerbutts, founder and director at Lightrock, said, “We are keen to talk about the benefits that Lower Mays Solar Farm could bring to the area supporting national climate change commitments and the Wealden District Council climate emergency plan.

“We would really like the local community to be involved in the process leading up to any planning application being submitted and would appreciate early feedback and views.”

“Lightrock Power look forward to sharing their plans with the community at their online exhibition.”
