Changes to Eastbourne bin collection given a start date

Black bins are to be collected fortnightly instead of weekly.

Eastbourne Borough Council has revealed that from April 12 the black bin collection will change to fortnightly, alternating with green bin collections.

The day of the week your bin is collected will stay the same, the council says.
