Exhibition of artistic posters

POSTERS, both framed and unframed will be for sale at an interesting exhibition telling the story of the Rye Society of Artists and the society’s much loved annual summer show held in Rye since 1951. Each year since 1984 a local artist has created a poster for the show and some of these will be on display and for sale including by Fred Cuming, Shirley Spottiswoode, Wally Cole, Joan de Bethel and the illustrator/cartoonist Martin Honeysett. Plus, two displays of cards designed by RSA artists and ephemera including catalogues from the early shows to the present day.
