Barratt Homes has submitted revised plans for land at Pound Nursery, Roundstone Lane, increasing the total to 46 homes, with car parking, landscaping and open space, following the demolition of existing buildings and structures.

The company says this would make better use of the site and provide more two- and three-bedroom houses. “The mix better reflects the needs of the local area,” says a statement Barratt has submitted with the plans to Arun District Council.
