Fire breaks out at Eastbourne home

According to reports the fire broke out in Maywood Avenue, Hampden Park.

In a tweet, Stagecoach South East said bus services are unable to serve the road at the moment and will only be using Hazelwood Avenue until further notice.

According to the AA, Maywood Avenue is blocked meaning a detour is in operation and that buses 1/1A are being diverted via Hazelwood Avenue.

Firefighters are currently at the scene.
