Five flats planned for town centre site
Mr JB Koria wants to demolish Pebbles at 4 Princess Avenue, Bognor Regis, and replace it with five flats in a two and three storey block.
Four of the proposed apartments would have two bedrooms and the other would have three bedrooms if Arun District Council agrees to the plans.
He also wants the council to agree to the change of use of the site from residential and nursing to a small business at home.
