Five in hospital after car crash

Paramedics and fire crews raced to the scene of the crash, near Forge House, just before 8.45pm on August 19.

Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment to free one of the casualties.

Five people were taken to hospital including a man in his mid twenties suffering from back pain, a woman in her 20s suffering from back and chest pain and a third casualty with shoulder, wrist and facial injuries. Two children were taken to hospital as a precaution.
