Flats planned for caretaker's house in Bognor

Outline plans have been revealed to demolish the existing caretaker's house in South Way, Bognor Regis, and replace it with six flats.

West Sussex County Council has made the application for the property, linked to Bognor Regis Community College, to establish the principle of the development.

As well as the six two-bedroom flats, it proposes to include nine parking spaces in the scheme.
