Flying visitfor TV's helicopter

A television star will be visiting Pagham Yacht Club next week.

The coastguard rescue helicopter, India Juliette, which appeared on the BBC programme Seaside Rescue, will be taking part in a search and rescue display.

This will start in the sea off the West Front Road yacht club at about 7pm on August 8.

An RNLI Atlantic 75 lifeboat from Littlehampton, an RNLI D class inshore lifeboat and the all-weather Tyne class RNLI lifeboat, Voluntary Worker, from Selsey, will be taking part in the exhibition as well.

The yacht club will be open to non-members from 6pm for a beach barbecue. The club bar will be open and serving tea and coffee as well.

A collection will be made before and after the display for the RNLI. A lifeboat stall also will be set up.
