SINGING sensation Isaac Waddington has hit the big time after landing himself a record deal with music boss Simon Cowell.

The 15-year-old, a former pupil and head chorister at The Prebendal School in Chichester, appeared on ITV’s Britain’s Got Talent and made it through to the finals with his spell-binding musical performances of Billy Joel classic She’s Always a Woman and George Michael’s I Can’t Make You Love Me.

The youngster wowed BGT boss Simon so much, that immediately after the show had finished, Simon drafted Isaac in to play at his summer charity ball – the Together for Short Lives Midsummer Ball – then offered him a recording contract with his record label Syco.

Since appearing on the final, Isaac said the last week had been like a whirlwind - yet he still managed to find the time to sit his GCSE exams in between meeting with music moguls and putting on star-quality performances.

Isaac’s mum Imogen said: “The management have been so lovely. The president of Syco was really sweet and said that they want Isaac to be a teenager, go to college and write some music and enjoy himself. As a mum that was lovely to hear. It has been brilliant.”
