AN 81-year-old man was shot in the leg with an air rifle while in his garden in Hythe Crescent, Seaford.
Police believe the shot, which was fired at 4pm on Thursday last week, came from the direction of Bodiam Close.
The pensioner suffered bruising to his knee but did not require hospital treatment.
