Glow sticks and disco lights at fitness classes
A new trend which is speedily catching on across the country, Clubbercise takes the hangover out of clubbing in an hour-long fitness rave in a darkened room, complete with glow sticks, disco lights and clubbing anthems.

Hide AdHampden Park Sports Centre is getting in on the fitness trend, which burns up to 500 calories an hour and opening its doors for Clubbercise classes weekly from February 18, welcoming anyone who wants to get their fitness freak on to fun easy-to-follow dance routines.
Further fitness regimes which are continuing to rise in popularity, include HIIT circuit training and street dance classes, both helping to improve heart rates and work up a serious sweat. HIIT circuit training, known as high intensity interval training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with low-impact recovery periods, whilst street dance taught by Street Styles 4 All, incorporates urban dance choreography with a thorough full-body workout.
Sport Eastbourne is also introducing a Pay as Go Gym options, meaning customers can pay an initial member joining fee and then simply pay from either £2.50 for a day pass or from £20 for a month pass; with no ongoing contact or need to renew each month, giving customers a rest from the gym if they wish.
