Glynegapella
Clergy, church wardens and members of the congregation took part in the "hilarious" production which was written and directed by Isobel Saunders.
Glynegapella was a story "not altogether dissimilar" to Cinderella according to Rev Paul Le Sueur who trod the boards himself in the role of Baron, and featured such locations as the Manor Barn, Glyne Gap, St Michael's church itself, and the De La Warr Pavilion.
He said: "It was fantastic."

Of the latter, Rev Le Sueur commented: "You would not believe the photo I have got of him...in multi-coloured mohican haircut, lipstick and fingernails.
"This was the first time that I know of that St Michael's have done a pantomime, and I know it went down well. People afterwards were all very complimentary - and one woman I know said she was going to have to do a double take the next day at church to see us all back in our normal roles."
