Good Friday parade planned in Bognor

Christians will be parading through Bognor Regis town centre on Good Friday.

They will be taking part in their annual Walk of Witness held by the Churches Together group. It will start at 10am at Bognor Regis Methodist Church in Waterloo Square.

The parade will halt briefly outside the former Woolworths branch for a short service with music from the Salvation Army band. The procession will then head towards Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Clarence Road for a united act of worship.

This will be followed by refreshments in the parish centre.
