The Fun Day last year: raised nearly £2000 for local causes and planning is now starting for this year’s event which will be on Saturday, 2 July. If you are a member of a local community group, Handcross Association would like to hear from you if you would like a stall to raise funds or even just to announce to the village that you are up and running! If you would like more information about the day or would like to help out in any way, Neil Mitchell is the person to speak to; he can be contacted on 401059.
The Parish Council: will be meeting next Thursday, 31 March in the Pavilion from 7.30 pm. Agendas for this and the Planning meeting which follows will be posted on the Parish Notice Board outside the Spar Shop as well as the Boards around the parish. Both meetings are open to all and there is an opportunity to ask any questions or raise concerns relating to any item on either agenda during the course of the meetings.
Finally: I wish you all a happy and peaceful Easter.
