The Hurstpierpoint Singers: are performing Stainer's 'Crucifixion' on Saturday March 19th,in the United Reformed Church, Hassocks at 7.30pm.

This popular work, with its dramatic music and tuneful congregational chorales, is often performed in Holy Week. Less well known is Eric Thiman’s “The Last Supper”, which is being presented with it. This piece more than compliments Stainer’s work in style and is deserving of a wider appreciation. Here is an opportunity to experience music composed and performed especially for the Easter season.

Tickets at £10 (including refreshment) are available from Hassocks Hardware, Hassocks and Janton News, Hurstpierpoint, or on the door.
